The front desk staff, while polite, seemed unprepared and inefficient in handling basic check-in and guest concerns. It’s important to remember that front desk service is not just a task—it represents the face and reputation of the Hyatt brand. Proper training and a customer-first attitude should be a priority. Guests expect professionalism and smooth service from a hotel of this caliber. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the overall facilities were decent, but better front desk service would have made the stay much more satisfying. I hope management addresses this for future guests."
