    "Nice DC hotel"
For those of us who do not have lobbyist/government money, this is a great hotel. Right around the corner from L'Enfant Plaza Metro stop, the location is perfect, the price is right and the room was clean and comfortable. Recommend!

I was not able to stay there because I missed my flight because of the traffic. It usually take an hour to get to the airport, however, it took two hours.

"Excellent choice for a unplanned night"
I booked this hotel at 9pm that same night. It was very nice, the lounge area downstairs was beautiful. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. Everything was perfect. I also like the thermostat controlled air in the room. It had a nice view and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The only issue I have is with a situation at breakfast (which I had included with the price I paid). It was delicious, however towards my boyfriend finishing his plate he found a hair in his food. He didn't want to finish it obviously. After telling the staff at the bistro about the hair she just said sorry about that and took the plate. I mean he was almost done with the food but that's pretty gross and they didn't do anything about it. They didn't offer any compensation or anything. I didn't want to ask either because a staff with excellent customer service wouldn't have to be asked. That's my only complaint. Other than that the hotel itself was a wonderful stay, I may not recommend the bistro.
