Beautiful hotel with great staff. My sister and I stayed there overnight while attending a show. The staff was top tier. Rooms are clean and we felt very safe during our stay. We had issues with the parking, but the hotel staff immediately sprung into action to remedy the issue.

The front desk staff were always so super nice. The rooms were nice and so was the bathroom. Everything was in very nice condition and clean. I hate how much resort fees can be and urban fees on top of that too lol. The only thing we didn’t like is that front desk and email confirmation said that checkout was 12pm but cleaning staff said it was 11am and we had to check out immediately because it was a bit past 11am. So I don’t know what is right. But I’m going off of the confirmation messages/emails and front desk. Something is out of sync there

Stayed 7 days at this wonderful new hotel with great amenities (opened in 11/24?)! The rooms are nice; roof top view is breathtaking and the gym, restaurant, cafe were all top notch! The resturant across the street is also amazing food hall called Love Makota has the best soft serve mango and pineapple combo and the Matcha/ coconut was so tasty. The remted bikes (free 45 min with code in the front staff) and ended up seeing the capital, monuments on the nationals. Close To Capia One arena Tate is close by also.

Didn’t understand why we were given a $15 voucher for food and the restaurant was closed for repair and it was not good for breakfast either. Do deceiving. The $15 was part of my booking fee and I was unable to use. I had made reservation for 4 people and only got two blankets. I called the front desk 3 times to get my blankets. I guess they were not paying attention at the amount of guests. We ended up having breakfast at the hotel and paid for the processing fees to use the credit card. So annoying for the unnecessary charges. Place was nice and clean but not customer friendly. The guy at the front door was extremely nice and attentive.

The hotel was amazing the only things that were a bit unsettling was the additional “urban fee” and that parking had in and out privileges except between 12am and 6am other than that great hotel love my balcony room.

Good modern hotel on quiet street with walkable distance to National Mall. Note there’s a compulsory “urban fee” which you pay on check out - the quoted Expedia price includes this though.
