The room was very clean, quiet, spacious. Great location and less expensive than the hotel across the street. One of two elevators was out of order. There is only complimentary coffee before 7 am. After that you have to pay at the expensive cafe.

The front desk staff is amazing. They are so helpful and courteous. Regardless of who we spoke with, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed and quiet. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to all of the major attractions.

Their elevators didn't work half of the time . The beds were comfy but they need more organization knowing that they are dealing with cruisers and timelines Also coffee sucked , vending machines were overpriced and had horrible selections. Do better"
