    Terrible Experience

    We did not stay at this place because it is a scam. There were no check in instructions sent & when we reached out to the number listed for the host it was disconnected. To add insult to injury we still have not been reimbursed the amount for the rental by VRBO. When we initiated reimbursement we were assured it would be taken care of within 72 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. Each time we call we cannot get concrete info on when we’ll see our money. Not a happy camper

    Owner ghosted us

    I would leave zero stars if possible. We never received arrival instructions or a way to access the property. We sent a message long after check in time and received no response. We called the owner, no answer or response. We were able to contact VRBO customer support and get accommodations for the evening but that was a hassle of back and forth for about 2 hours and miscommunications as well. This was all super disappointing.
