Staff and valet were rude ! My English is not so good, and the staff was unkind. The VALET men shouted at me because when I had arrived I didn’t know what to do with the car. It was just tell me the right thing to do. hotel even wasn’t exactly like photo. I did Route 66 and I was better treat at small hotel than in this place. Start with kindness and Smile when you want offer quality! Disappointed! PARKING IS NOT A EASY THING TO THIS HOTEL AND EXPENSIVE !

Stayed for an event. Staff were friendly, bar food was great and so were the bartenders. The lounge area was nice but seating was uncomfortable sofa was to deep and far back from the table to sit upright without sitting at the edge of the seat and small seat cushions, were to small and no back to sit on for a long period of time. Overall great!
