The staff was very friendly, especially Javier and Fanny in the breakfast nook. There are lots of restaurants in the area to choose from as well, and the location is fairly close to may attractions and sights. Lovely, clean rooms, the beds were comfy and the shower had excellent water pressure, even up on the 14th floor!

The customer service was amazing! Jose at the front desk helped me a lot with different things. Fannie and Javier always made sure that our breakfast services were on point and they went above and beyond with providing us with items. The breakfast quality was excellent!
