Worst ever!

Start with a completely dark room, perhaps like a solitary confinement cell. Now add dirty, ugly barely finished floor and molding with gaps everywhere. Gaps in floors and baseboards in all directions. Very poor paint work with former paint or bare brick or wood showing. No closet and no place to hang anything. The bathroom door hinge was loose and the door wouldn’t close. No washcloth, 1 towel 43” x 20” stained and like sandpaper. Towel rod fell when I touched it. The shower doesn’t drain. The shower water handle is very difficult to turn. Bed has no headboard, only 2 pillows, no top sheet, no extra sheets or blankets. No refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, iron or ironing board etc., 1 straight dinning table chair not upholstered, lamps not plugged in, drapes don’t open, hung from a light metal rod permanently. (Again completely dark with lights off.) And the night began with loud music playing from above. The worst hotel room I had ever been in previously was much better. Yes this was the worst and I’m 67. I had a feeling I was taking a small risk with a hotel in that location but it was much worse than I could have ever imagined. Hotels.com should stop selling these rooms and the establishment should be closed.

Worst motel I've ever seen

The light didn't work in the bathroom. There was no TV. Windows boarded up. Almost everything was broken. Very dirty place

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I discovered bed bugs in the bed during my stay — and I have photos to prove it. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I had bites on my skin, couldn’t sleep, and had to throw out some of my personal belongings just to avoid bringing the infestation home. When I reported it to the front desk, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. No apology, no offer to move rooms or provide a refund. The staff acted like this was no big deal. It’s beyond frustrating and totally unprofessional. If you care about your health, your belongings, or basic hygiene — stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

I have a dreadful video or a very dirty bed with blood stains between some other types of stains. The place is filthy, the carpet, originally red, was black with dirt, and the place was plagued with drug dealers that partied until 3:30am with NOBODY making any attempt to quiet them. The towel was dirty all over, the bath tube was a disgrace and a drugged woman was wondering around the rooms completely out of it. My local Uber driver told me I was lucky there hadn't be any shooting given the area where the hotel is at. Worst EVER experience, frightening, filthy. I am appalled that hotels.com has this place as an option. It is utterly irresponsible and dangerous. The receptionist was a nice guy, the only nice thing in the place. I am lucky to be alive and so far infection free. :0(

Windows were missing and replaced with wood, several mysterious stains in the room, solo cup under the bed, fake nail on the floor, wall had glue spots that looked like maybe there was a mirror at one time, and there was gibberish written on the wall like squatters once inhabited. There also was no shower curtain, no towel rod, mold in the shower, and no toilet paper holder. Felt very murdery, but we just needed to sleep somewhere that wasnt my car. Blankets had several burn holes, and i get its a smoking room but i wasnt expecting it to look as trashed as it was. Also no smoke detectors, so it felt a bit unsafe.
