Property was nice and always clean. Staff are friendly and often greets guest. The food is great and the staff in Isla Mujeres always have warm greetings, specially Adriana, very nice lady. Enjoyed the night parties, just one comment, should be in English please. Also, may We request for slippers in the bedroom. I would highly recommend the place to my friends.

Very good hotel for family, the room service is great, and so much variety of food, the swimming pool is great and the beach is very nice. Only one point on the room, as family we dont like to have a window between the shower and bedroom as people in the room can see through who is showering.

The hotel is on the developing area too much far from the parks and interesting areas to visit around Cancun. It is too big with to many people. Restorants, pools and entertaiment areas are not enough. Cloud and noisy everywhere.

We loved this property for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The food was good but not completely 24hours. We wanted more seafood options. The activities and entertainment were great and fun.

No es un hotel 5 estrellas

Un poco decepcionada por el hotel, no es un 5 estrellas como tal, las bebidas son muy malas, el alcohol es el más barato que hay, en recepción desafortunadamente no ayudan mucho con la información del hotel, no saben si hay algo incluido en el spa, o si el kayak está incluido, tienes que ir directamente a buscar todo la información. Comida muy repetitiva en el buffet, la comida es buena, los restaurantes de especialidades también, el asiatico fantástico y el italiano también, no recomiendo el Kulinarium porque es muy tardado y la comida a parte esta muy x, solo bonita presentación, todas las mesas estaban esperando su comida y se veía la gente molesta, hasta una mesa se fue por esperar tanto, a ese no regresamos. Tienen bonita playa, personal muy agradable, equipo de animación son muy buenos, personal en los bares y restaurantes son muy atentos. El hotel no está malo solamente que no vale un 5 estrellas, mas bien un 4 o un 3. Está muy lejos de todo así que si quieres salir un taxi te va a cobrar carísimo
