When you enter the villa you will find yourself in the gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steal appliances and all the necessities to prepare meals. The kitchen island offers 4 bar stools and additional seating in the dining area that seats 8 comfortably. The living room offers extensive views and plenty of comfortable seating with sleeper sofa, overstuffed chairs, a cozy gas fireplace and state of the art entertainment center. Wall to wall windows and large balcony offers additional seating to bask in the Colorado views. Additionally, you will find the convenience of your own washer and dryer in the villa. While each bedroom has their own ensuite you will also have an additional full bath just off the main living area for a total of 5 bathrooms.
