At least the beds were clean

Room smelled like chemicals and there was no fan. Toilet was clogged upon arrival. Building wasn’t labeled so it was hard to identify. Not very clean overall but linens seemed clean and bed bug free so that’s good.

Our experience was not pleasant starting with the fact that the building was not identified as a Comfort Suit Hotel, so we had to go inside to ask. Most of the infra-structure items did not work or had to be repaired. e had to be moved to a new room because the heater did not work and it made a loud noise. The second room had many items that needed to be fixed or repaired such as no shower curtain, the toilet paper roll was read to fall off the wall, and the entrance light could not be fixed while we were there. And, we couldn't get the internet to work properly. Bad experience and we will not be returning. I usually do not complain but until they put a considerable amount of money to renovate this facility, it is not worth the stay.

Recently changed from previous Best Western. Redecoration is much cleaner and brighter, if a bit sparse (no dresser, one uncomfortable chair instead of pictured sofa). Breakfast bar is good, larger and more variety. Mattresses are good. Negatives: no exhaust fan in bathroom, walls are thin, so noise is a problem. They have instituted a every 3-day policy on cleaning, so if you want trash emptied or clean towels you have to request at front desk.

So I booked it last minute on Expedia at 1030pm because we were driving to New York City from Toronto and we needed a hotel to stay for the night. Staff was amazing from checking in with Pedro and checking out in the morning. Hotel I give it a 5 stars. Rooms are new and modern. I honestly had the best sleep and comfort. I highly recommend it.
