Room and hotel staff were nice but was told upon arrival that we had to pay for parking which was not on the website when I made the reservation. Also, they advertised food to order from the bar till 11:00 pm but when we went to order we were told that it wasn’t available. It would have been nice to have been told that with a sign or earlier in the day so that we could have picked up food while we were out and about

Lobby was flithy, room had no microwave, fire alarm went on early in the morning for quite a long time and by the time we got dressed to get out of the room the fire alarm went off, went to the desk to ask what happened and it was "somone burnt thier toast on the 1st floor and we were on the 6th floor. Also when the fire alarm went off there was no light aling with it which is the code.
