We just went for the night. The Valet was great, we pulled up they took our info and offered to take our bags in. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We were a bit early and we were offered a glass of champagne while we waited. Wait was not long. Staff was very courteous and friendly and made you feel welcomed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The only thing that would make this hotel absolutely awesome would be getting windows to block out the traffic noises. We didn't hear inside noises but tons of traffic noises.

Three main issues 1. With several doormen, and a stroller, we were befuddled by the number of times no one opened the door for us. And when they did, they only opened the first but not second door. 2. Hotel room was stocked with the exception of non-decaf coffee. 2 decaf, 2 English breakfast teas, 2 decaf tea items. No regular coffee. 3. I called to the front desk to have someone bring up coffee pods to the room. An hour later, no one showed up and I went off property to get coffee. For a boutique hotel, service was very poor. I expect more.
