When checking in I was told I had to give them a $50.00 deposit - used against damage/smoking in the room. I was not aware of this additional charge. I was told at that time that it would be returned to me when checking out. Today when checking out (the room is just the way we found it) I was told it would go back on my card 3 to 5 days. NEXT: our initial room was not ready for us (It was 10:00 at night) not cleaned, no bed linens on...NOTHING! So we were moved to another room. At 4:52 am we were woke up with people screaming, yelling and fighting right outside our room. I called the front desk - they sent security but the noise continued after they were put into a room across the hall. Would I ever stay there again...for $180 dollars plus the $50.00 deposit to insure a good nights sleep after traveling most of that day...Never got that and Never again. The only positive thing I can say is the girl at the check in dest was friendly and professional!. Hoping she did not lie about my $50.00 being returned to me.
