Went to the bar on 7th floor, waited 30 minutes to get a drink, finally left. The bartender never wven acknowledged us waiting as she catered to a group of 5 men standing at the corner of the bar. No waitresses to be seen, no seating or structure. Epic FAIL

Did NOT like having to pay for parking VALET should be a choice NOT an only option for your vehicles safety and available parking. Its either the street or valet for $35.00 a night. Streets are packed with no space. Its RIDICULOUS to charge for parking when your already paying for a room. NEVER AGAIN

Valet and Check-In Troubles in Detroit

Good stay but check-in was not seamless, given wrong room key. Valet station initially unavailable due to tour bus taking up the block. Told valet fee would be waived but CHARGED!!! Moved car without our permission as week.
