Room one was dirty. Got moved to another room, it was dirty too. There was hair in the bathtub and stains on the wooden furniture and walls. I used to love staying here and going to the spa. Never again. Needs upgrades.

For this to be a 4-star hotel, it did not meet expectations. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Full breakfast options were not available M-F (Labor Day). I had to order to-go delivery from IHOP. No room service. However, self-parking was complimentary.

The overall experience was great as we were there for a concert at LCR. But the room itself was very dated. There were so many stains on the carpet and the entertainment center was chipped and in rough shape. Loved the shuttle to and from LCR and also the food options inside the hotel. Also the valet parking was a great benefit. Overall good stay.
