Air in room wasn't working properly and notified guest services and they never took care of problem. Bed mattress was terrible like sleeping in a bowel. Very unhappy for what price of hotel was.

The staff was wonderful, check in was super quick and even though our room wasn’t ready when we arrived they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The only downsides were the actual building itself. From what I’ve gathered it’s an older building that received a facelift. Downside to that is that the bathroom was EXTREMELY small and at checkout you have the entire building worth of guests waiting on one elevator. Needless to say carrying suitcases down 19 flights of stairs isn’t how I wanted to spend my morning hangover lol.

Great location. Hotel room was nice w good view. Check in was horrible. Over 100 people in line. Took over 90 minutes to check in. Other than the check in and valet parking (long line as well)

Stayed the weekend for an anime convention and was blown away by the staff. Every member of staff I interacted with were incredibly nice and helpful. Will definitely be back next year for the next convention.
