Price was very affordable. Clean room with everything we needed to be comfortable. My only issues were that the bed was too high for me to get into easily. Breakfast bar one morning was totally depleted about 45 minutes after it started and it took at least 20-25 minutes for it to be replenished. I would stay here again.

Parking in breakfast was okay. The two rooms that I was in on separate reservations could use more lighting. There's no lamp or lighting over the desk area. That to me was a major disappointment. And the other thought that I had when I stayed in the double queen beds and if there had been four people in that room but only one chair. I thought that was kind of weird. There is a lot of space for at least two chairs.

Breakfast was Good and Tasty! Staff members were very nice and very friendly!! Our DISAPPOINTMENT... My parents and my wife's parents had stayed at the Cedar Motor Lodge numerous times in the past... years ago. We liked the rooms that our parents had stayed in and were disappointed that "the Lodge" had "acquired" a neighboring junky motel and that we were unexpectedly put into one of the "other" motel's rooms! We hadn't been to Marquette in a number of years, and this experience wasn't what we were expecting!

Nice large property with a pool, sauna and hot tub. Pretty clean. A little outdated in the bathroom areas, but great value all around. Would stay there again. Conveniently located right on the highway.

The room was nice, the bed was really comfortable, and the shower was great. There were also many dining options near by. We were right next to the pool, so it was a bit noisy, but not late or early. The room was really warm, though - I'm guessing due to the proximity to the pool. I opened a window and that helped. There were no scrambled eggs on our checkout day, and it was 9:45. I was told the last batch was put out at 9:00. Since breakfast goes until 10:00 I was a bit surprised that the last batch was put out an hour before. All in all, a nice stay.

Location great for our trip. Building is looking a little worn & dated but was pretty clean. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Breakfast was pretty skimpy--cereal, muffins, French toast sticks--but better than nothing. It's not easy to find clean, affordable lodging that's pet friendly. Cedar Motor Inn was adequate.
