Checked in. Went to my room. Immediately turned around, asked for a refund and left. Bed linens were wrinkled and did not look freshly laundered. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. Additionally, the room backs onto a major hwy and was very noisy. I will say the receptionist was very nice as well as apologetic and processed my refund without question.

Days in hotel In Rochester MI should be call a motel and not a Hotel. Refrigerator was broken, I complained to management and they told me all the refrigerators in available rooms was broken too, so that was nothing they could do about it. Our room was dirty and needs maintanence and some updates. Very old carpetes, toilet holder broken. Doesn’t look like the images on line at Travelocity. I think Travelocity should fact check this place . I do not recommend.

Stuff real friendly and good customer service but need to improve on the breakfast and whole entire rooms and building there a lot of rust in bathroom 110 room around fire water spout
