The room was great. The staff service was decent - valet and greeters seem a bit uninspired and housekeeping missed some spots/left bits trash in a corner of the room before I checked in. Otherwise the location is great and the room is well-sized.

All rooms are recently remodeled, it’s nice now. Bellman wouldn’t take no for answer and took our bags to room lol, nice gentleman. Valet was quick , it’s a great location and now that it’s all remodeled it’ll be a place I’ll stay at more often.

Staff was attentive. However, the rooms feel outdated. I paid extra in order to have a sauna tub and the tub was filthy. They gave us another room and the sauna tub in that room was also dirty. I understand its hard to keep rooms clean in a big place but the cleaning didn't seem very thorough. Would not recommend this place.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom and brown mold spots on the ceiling. Despite calling to confirm the shuttle before booking and verifying process at check in, the driver was off for the night. The shuttle was the key factor in why I booked. At checkout no one asked about my stay to share this info.

Great value for this place. Perfect location within walking distance to good food spots, public transportation, and parking. Very spacious and clean room. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in town.
