The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. My issues are with the front desk. I called to inform them that we were out of toilet paper and needed fresh towels and wash cloths. We waited for 5 hours and never received them. We were forced to use the room kleenex to wipe ourselves. I called back down to request more and never received them. This is unacceptable.

Bathroom was clean,but the bed was a bit too firm for my liking.The room was spacious and clean with a great view‼️ Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming and very accommodating. There were a myriad of fantastic restaurants to choose from, and most were in walkibg distance, or adjacent to the casino/hotel. They are revitalizing the downtown area, but it is still walkable.

Could not get anyone to bring us toilet paper, fresh towels or a working coffee maker. They stated there was a steamer in the room.There was not. Our trash was overflowing and even though I requested on three different occasions on the phone and one in person downstairs, no one came to empty the trash.No, one brought toilet paper.No one brought washcloths and towels. When calling for housekeeping in the front desk answered the women at the front.That answered had no time to speak to anyone.They were very rude and abrupt. We received no coffee in the room. And I feel like as much money as they charge for these rooms.They should come with microwaves. There's no way to warm anything up without a microwave. The price of the room is very high. The quality of service is very low. And for the price they charge.The room should have been in excellent condition, and it was not. The sheets they put on the bed were not fitted.They hung on the floor the mattress protector was not large enough to cover the mattress, so it kept coming off and going into a bundle under the sheets.

Parking structure for the hotel right off the highway, so it's a bit of a problem if you don't see it or only put in the address for the hotel in the GPS. Be sure to put in the address for hotel parking, rather than the hotel. Also, the room didn't have a trash can (probably accidentally forgotten by maid service), only had one regular coffee, and the lights from the parking structure shone directly in the room (even with curtains fully drawn). Nice room design and amenities.

The hotel itself was great, with the added bonus of direct access to the casino, which was very convenient. Close to all the sports venues, being less that 10 min walk away. However, at the time of our stay, most of the surrounding streets were either closed or under construction, which made getting to and from the hotel a bit of a hassle. The only other issue was our room location — it was on the same level as the floodlights that illuminate the hotel exterior at night. Unfortunately, this meant very bright lights were shining directly into our room, making it difficult to fully relax

Great stay! Loved the accomodations. I read some reviews prior that had me worried but it was good. The room was clean, had an amazing view and big bathroom with a great shower. The room had a mini fridge and a safe. Nice to walk around the casino after. I loved the valet parking - free of charge - only needed to tip (optional of course). Would absolutely stay there again. Nice and close to Little Caesars arena - Tip for travellers - take an Uber there - NOT a taxi. The price difference between the two is insane.
