The room was clean, the common areas were very much not. The biggest disappointment was the shuttle. We took it to the arena and discussed with the driver the pick up point and time. At pick up the shuttle was nowhere to be found. several guests were stranded in the cold. I had to take a 60 uber.

The shuttle was not advertised so we rented a car to get to the hotel. I wish we had been advised there is a shuttle. It would have saved us $100.00.
