The hotel lobby was great. The person who checked us in was nice and professional. The rooms had a lot of problems. Both of our rooms were infested with gnats. The bathroom sink in my room barely drained and there were hairs on the bathroom floor that definitely weren’t mine. The shower didn’t work in my friend’s room. (They fix knock 25% off the price of her room.) Do not get in the tower. We paid extra for this and all we got for it was a view of the parking lot and a more direct line for the VERY noisy interstate less than a half block away 2 starts is generous.

Place was older and showed its age, few tiles broken near the food area. The breakfast was good but one burner was Definitely not as hot as the others. Was quiet except the pool was in the middle of the court and kids were loud during the day but quiet at night.

The hot tub was out of order. Beds were small and pillows absolutely horrible. The bathroom was so small, a larger person wouldn’t even be able to shut the door. The manager opened our door to go into our room before 9 am on check out day and woke us up.

Old out dated rooms. You could hear and see the outside of the room from the vent at the top of door. The pool did not look very clean or inviting. Breakfast buffet was sub par typical food. I will most likely not stay there again.

Our room had NO bedbugs (102). The interior was rather nice and was being renovated. It's a nice and easy way to the hospital and its cheap. Door dash can bring the things to your door direct and just walking around was really nice. The hot tub was ouy of order which is fine, we could just use the pool. The only downside was our shower was just tile and a shower curtain meaning it wasn't like a bath tub. This is our first our of two stays as I have to stay in the hospital for 72 hours.

Great all the way around. A little dated & accessing 2nd & higher floors (especiallynwith luggage cart) is rather difficult. We stay here often because of the great customer service, convenient & quiet location & comfortable beds.

We stay here often. This time, there was a mistake on the manager's end. The gentleman at the front dest was extreme patient, kind, prficient and knowledgeable. He handled a couple of approximately 8 guests, some of whom were not kind or patient in a very friendly, professional manner & had extremely good multi-tasking, organizational and customet service skills. We ultimately had hotels.com transfer our booking to another hotelas we could've wait due to medical issues with one of our party. Front desk gentlemen was AMAZING!

I had to leave this place and cancel the reservation. I hope I get a refund. I waited 30 min to check in, very confusing to find room. I had a window into hallway at the remote back of the hotel. I was approached by people asking where I was going. I went to front desk when I couldn’t find my room and stepped in vomit by front entry. Hot tub broken.
