We need sleeping machine so one of the beside table had no power outlet! It was behind the bed and inaccessible. We had to call maintenance and he came with an extension chord so I could plug my sleeping machine! Although the machine should be plugged into wall outlet directly not thro extension chord! But the front desk person took care of the problem promptly

I loved that there was a shuttle from the hotel to the stadium for The Game. Restaurant had good service and delicious food. Bathroom was very tight.

The room was wonderful. Clean and warm. The staff was wonderful. Would have liked a room on the inside so I didn't have to walk to and from the pool and hotub in freezing temperatures.

The room was nice and large. Could have used another chair and 2 more bedside tables. The bathroom was large and attractive. However, there were no grab bars (a fall risk) or shelves in the shower. And the bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were really small.

Very disappointed in the property. It is old and outdated. We were given a first floor outside entrance. There was no indication when booking that this was the room I was booking. The information given on Expedia totally misrepresented the property. The “complimentary “ bottled water was on single bottle for two people. When I asked for another bottle I was told to buy it. The “grocery” store in the lobby consisted of 2 vending machines and a few scattered overpriced bags of cookies or nuts. This is not a family friendly location. The room was tiny as well. There wasn’t even any place to open suitcases. Overall stay somewhere else even if it’s a few dollars more!
