"I did not like that I had to pay for parking. We paid to stay at the hotel, parking in the hotel parking lot is a given. I also didn't see anything online about paying for parking. To be honest I saw a description of the hotel and it had "free parking" listed along with wifi and all the other amenities. Don't worry, I'll be checking for this practice from here going forward. We won't darken your doors ever again."

"It could be a really nice place to stay while visiting Charleston. However, there is a huge problem with the management. No one seemed to care about the quality of service- there was no coffee at breakfast, no bottled water, no utensils to eat what little was offered! The coffee filter in the room did not fit the machine and I was told to just shove it in to make it fit, we couldn't get the TV to work and we were told at the desk they knew nothing about it, no help.. I just couldn't help thinking how 1 or 2 really good employees would make a world of difference! Unfortunate!"

"The hotel was really nice and the staff were very friendly! They had a pretty good variety of food for breakfast. It was nice to have lots of different options and they restocked it all very quickly. The pool was heated so it was pretty hot in there and it felt like you were in a hot tub rather than a pool. Also parking lot was down the street from the hotel, so we had to walk a little bit to get to the hotel/car. The only issue we had with the room was the AC. We had to call maintenance both days to fix it because the room was very hot and I had a baby with me who was getting very over heated. The maintenance guy was very nice and came very quick. It just sucked that it wasn’t steady working through out the day/night. Overall a very nice hotel and I would stay again."
