With 4 bedrooms you'll have plenty of space for your family or group! You'll have everything you need to cook your own meals and entertain in this gorgeous and private home. There's also a dedicated workspace in the kitchen with a desk and chair for your use and 400+ Mbps internet - perfect for remote work!

The kitchen is also fully equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, range/oven, microwave, and all essential cookware. Plus, satisfy your coffee cravings with a French press, pour over and drip pot setup - with ground coffee provided!

House Layout:
The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms with Queen beds and two bathrooms (one en-suite and one full bathroom).

The second floor features the king bed bedroom and renovated en-suite. You'll find the floor plan listed in the photos!

You're just blocks away from some of the best eateries in ABQ so you can venture out easily to enjoy all the tasty New Mexican cuisine and beverages your heart desires. Once you've enjoyed all the food, art and culture you can fit into an evening, you can head home and kick back or keep the conversation going with your group in your private backyard and patio.

Check-in instructions will go out via email/text depending on the booking platform you used. We will send those instructions the day before your stay and you'll be given an access code to the front door. Once inside you'll find the parking gate remote control waiting for you in the kitchen. Please Note: This must be returned at checkout or you will be charged $60 for lost or non-returned remote.

- Please take your trash and recycle to the cans located by the parking spaces (recycle only numbered plastics, paper products and aluminum/metal cans). There is NO compost bin.
- Please be honest about the number of people in your party when booking. The property is monitored by cameras.
