Hotel Riu Ventura - All Inclusive
"Very disappointed with our stay. The food was extremely bland and honestly didn’t taste anything like what it was supposed to. The variety was just average, and unfortunately the quality didn’t make up for it. The restaurants also seemed very understaffed. It took a long time just to get seated, which made dining frustrating throughout the trip. One of the biggest concerns was safety. I personally saw a woman fall through part of the flooring near the adults-only pool on the 6th floor, which was very alarming and raised serious concerns about the condition and maintenance of the property. The main pool with the swim-up bar was also much too small for a resort of this size and felt overcrowded most of the time. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations at all, and I left very disappointed with the experience. I would not choose to stay here again."
