Very nice - updated decor, terrific lobby hub with bar for the evening and Starbucks stand for morning grab and gos. Breakfast buffet was generous with just the right balance of staff support and self-service. Room was clean and spacious with plenty of USB and electrical outlets. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. Close to the airport w shuttle and only 30 mins south of Fernandina Beach.

It was just ok! The room was clean and I appreciated that! There’s construction going on and I also appreciate them upgrading the hotel. We ran out of towels in the room, I went to the front desk and they said they had no clean towels! Had to wait for 3 hours for them to eventually bring up some. Huge inconvenience for my family

Not the best stay. The place had potential, but a few things really brought the experience down. The room felt outdated and wasn’t as clean as expected. Customer service was hit or miss—some staff were helpful, others seemed uninterested. Noise was a problem, and a few basic amenities were either broken or missing. For the price, I expected more. It wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but I wouldn’t come back unless improvements are made.
