One of the affordable options around that is very nice and not run down. Price does fluctuate, as with all surrounding properties of the university. Front desk was efficient and professional. House keeping very present and always busy. My room was located right by the staff lounge and staff area. Bed can use a refresh. Coils in bed triggered right shoulder pain. Can get loud in the morning. Property and staff gave that corporate feel but in a good way. I will look at rebooking this particular property for the next several years. "
