The owner of the hotel acted like he is a most important person and can do whatever he wants. I arrived around noon and had to go to the wedding so I asked him if we can have room earlier he basically scream at me”absolutely not “ so I asked if I can change in the lobby bathroom because I need to go to the ceremony at 1 pm. Off course the answer was “absolutely not “ I also witnessed the incident with another customer when the owner was very rude and disrespectful and the customer said “ sir you are very rude “ the owner sad “get the f…. out of here and cancelled the reservation. The owner said that his hotel is his private property and if the customer didn’t leave he would call the cops. Very upsetting and unprofessional behavior. His assistant who was seated behind the counter cancelled the customer’s reservation and seemed to be very happy. I was never before in the hotel where I was treated like someone who is lower than the person behind the counter. The word disrespectful is not enough to describe this owner and his agent ( assistant) behavior.
