Tub drain was broken. Room was in need of some upgrades. Bed and pillows were less than comfortable. TV was the size of toaster. Staff at the desk was rather aloof. Cleaning folks were nice and got tipped.

Booked the same day because of a flight cancellation and was super convenient and great for the price. It included the shuttle from the airport both ways and complimentary breakfast! They allowed us a late check out because we checked in late - we appreciated the effort so much. 10/10 experience after the horrible day at the airport.

JFK shuttle convenience

Convenient for JFK travel. Shuttle picks up 20 mins after the hour at Federal Circle. Return to JFK runs every hr on the hr (not every half hr as per hotel website). Appreciated the lobby coffee.
