Book a hotel near Wellshire Golf Course, Wellshire

"I showed up right at check in and the staff said that if I hadn’t checked in to the app we were going to have to wait for a room because they over booked. I don’t travel often so I don’t have a need to download the Hilton app. I waited for an hour and a half before I could check in. Spent another 30 minutes with worthless Expedia trying to get some sort of compensation since I was basically robbed of time that I paid for. The best the hotel and Expedia could do was 13 bucks credited to the Expedia account. I don’t have an Expedia account so I was basically out of luck. No one from the hotel offered me any form of compensation as it wasn’t “that long of a wait.” The next morning I checked out early and noticed that I had been charged $65 extra. Luckily I was smart enough to check with the staff and they said there had been a mistake and “hopefully” would be fixed. When I was leaving the property I noticed a strong gas smell in the lobby that was concerning. When I arrived at my vehicle in the parking lot, I noticed my windshield had 2 big cracks in it. At this point I just left in frustration because I didn’t have time to mention it. What kind of a business are you all running? What trash. "

"This home was perfect for our family! The three bedrooms had very comfortable king-size beds. There was plenty of space for us to play games and relax. It was also convenient to park in the garage, especially since it snowed during our stay. Communication was great with the owner. "
