Will stay there again.

Great location in the Tech Center area and close to good restaurants and Starbucks. Comp. breakfast was a nice perk. Room was immaculate, quiet and had plenty of outlets. The free wifi was fast and easy to access.

You won't get the room you booked

We drove from DEN after midnight for 30min (2am our time back home) because they were offering a king room at a decent price. When we got to the hotel, they gave us a 2 queen bedded room. When I asked why, the desk clerk said they ran out of rooms. I paid a few bucks extra to secure a King room. Aside from this, it wasn't cleaned properly. My wife and I slept separate on her birthday (the day we stayed) because the "Queens" were actually double beds, and she found hair under the sheets. There was hair in the bathroom and used towel in the closet. Based on this experience, my views of Hyatt Place has changed, and may go with a different brand next time. I gurss we got what we paid for, but for over $100 a night, this wasnt worth the cost. Would NOT return to this hotel again.

We love Hyatt Place, but I was pretty disappointed by our last experience here. Our oldest son, it seems, gets car sick when driving long distances. We had just driven 13 hours and stopped here. Our son felt really sick so we ran him up to our room. Unfortunately, he didn't make it to the room and threw up right in front of our room and a little down the hall - in front of maybe 4 or 5 other rooms. 😜 I called the front desk right away, apologized, and told them I'd be happy to clean it up if they had stuff for me to clean it with. The man at the desk told me they would take care of it. The next morning, the throw up was still there! There were quite a few guests on our floor who all probably walked through it and rolled their suitcases through the mess without ever knowing! I was disgusted and very disappointed!

Ambiance with Affordability!

Entered hotel lobby and noticed a difference immediately: from the music, to the arrangement of the lobby. It is Not just a Hotel. This hotel is Clean and Quiet; Unbelievable Breakfast bar; Most Comfortable Mattress Ever! But, the Gem of the hotel is the STAFF! Front desk ladies are Friendly, Polite, Competent! (We arrived 2 hours early; the front desk found us a room so we could check in early. It was great!) Hotel service staff are Equally Friendly - serve with not just a smile, but pleasure! I felt like Royalty at this hotel!

Clean and welcoming.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
other than a noisy AC room was fine. Breakfast was nice too. We were on the first floor and heard no noise from others.

First impression A

Pros: Free breakfast, crowd-free
Cons: Noisy
Pros: complimentary breakfast was actually more than muffins and coffee. Staff was super friendly. Con: I was placed next to the ice machine, about 2-3 rooms down. Anytime, anyone got ice, I heard it, I was woken up countless times both nights because everyone decided to get ice between midnight and 6am. Should really look into putting a door to help drown out the noise. And just fyi, by no means am I a light sleeper.
