Dirty sheets on bed, lots of hair in bathroom. Switched rooms, same thing plus remote control not working. Staff did not offer any solutions. I left to another hotel even when I had already paid for this one. Never again.

Everything was great.The employee who checked me in was very polite and professional.The room was clean and the beds as well. Only small drawback was the floor in the bathroom. It wasn’t exactly level so when you would shower, it would flow out in front of the sink. Had to have a soaked towel there. All in all I’ll be back when I stay in Denver again.

We stayed there for 2 nights and there was no hot water for the time we were there. We had 2 rooms and neither one of them had hot water. I later found out the whole floor had no hot water.
