Our spacious and newly renovated 1-bedroom garden-level apartment, nearly 1,000 square feet, is housed in a beautiful DC townhome a few blocks from Logan Circle -- a central location that puts you close to all of the fun, excitement, and history of our city, while providing you with plenty of space for relaxation. We live on a beautiful, quiet street in a diverse neighborhood a few minutes not just from Logan Circle, but also from U Street, Shaw, and many of the city's best restaurants.
The apartment has a fully appointed kitchen, a washer-dryer, a smart tv, and a dedicated work space with a desk. The lovely bedroom has a queen bed with a Casper mattress. The full bathroom has a spacious stall shower that's kept clean and sanitized.
You'll be able to catch the local news on the smart TV, or your favorite Netflix and Hulu originals. For your convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free-of-charge so you can connect with your friends and family or keep up with work.

Guest Access: Guests will have fully private access to this 1-bedroom English basement unit housed in a big and beautiful classic DC townhome.
The Neighborhood: We live on a quiet street in Logan Circle, one of DC's most interesting neighborhoods. We're a short walk from the restaurants on 14th Street and Shaw, but live on a beautiful, residential, family-friendly street with a playground across the street from our home.
The Logan Circle neighborhood runs to the east along P Street and stretches north along the 14th Street Corridor, where sidewalk cafés, a handful of sights, and two theaters—Source DC and Studio—draw a lively nightlife crowd.
Add to the mix stores and clubs catering to the neighborhood's gay community and this area becomes a big draw for nearly everyone. Perhaps that's why the fountain at the center of the Dupont traffic island is such a great spot for people-watching.
Getting Around: We are a five minute walk from both the U Street and the Shaw METRO stations
A three-minute walk to four different METRO bus stops.
Because we're in the heart of the city, we can walk almost anywhere, and it's about a 30 minute walk downtown.
Lime, Bird, Lyft, and Uber JUMP scooters (and bikes) are readily available on nearly every corner of the city wherever you can find one, rent them easily using their app and your smartphone
Other Things to Note: We live above with our small family, so you may hear us and the little one from time to time. Though we do try to keep noise to a minimum, if you need absolute silence, this may not be the best fit for you.
We have a strict absolutely no smoking policy, in conjunction with airBNB and we will charge a $200 cleaning fee due immediately if we find traces of smoking in the house. This policy also includes no smoking of E-Cigarettes inside the house however you are free to smoke outside as long as there is no debris left and fire hazard to the house and neighbors.
We have a rambunctious toddler upstairs so you may hear some noises from time to time!

Perfect spot in a lovely neighborhood
We very much enjoyed our stay. Thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want or need and excellent communication with the owners. The bed is very comfortable! Easy walk to many places for dining or shopping. Quick walk to the metro. We couldn’t have found a better spot. Thank you!
