Hotel is excellent! The property is very clean and the room is spacious. The staff was very friendly. Valet staff was excellent however the street to access the valet is on the rear of the hotel which is a busy side street and can get very congested with non hotel cars for neighboring apartments and traffic etc. the pool is an outdoor pool so it is not available in the winter. The area in which the hotel is located is close to fast food areas and not too far from the Union Market however many homeless people are around the property and surrounding blocks.

Nice hotel in a neighborhood that is being rebuilt from a blighted area. Becoming a very nice area. Water took like 5-10 minutes to get hot

VERY close to The metro. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and functional. The room was equipped with a white noise machine...I didn’t use it but I understand why it’s there...some angry drivers in DC love to use their car horns and we could hear it in the room. We were in 713; facing a moderately active street.

Great staff and terrific breakfast. We live in DC but lived in the hotel for a week while housework was being completed. The location was good for us being close to Metro and bus lines.

Overall all was well. The only negatives would be walls are super thin - You could hear clear conversation, noise, and sounds coming from adjacent room(s). That could be unpleasant. Second, the hotel does not offer comp parking for its guests.
