The entire room was covered in ketchup... like everything was sticky, it was so gross. Clearly a toddler had put their little hands on everything. There were tiny handprints all over the mirrors and window.

Room was not the cleanest, only staid 1 night so it wasn’t a huge concern. Parking was awful and difficult to figure out. Was not easy to get back out to car after we realized we had forgotten something. Front desk seemed annoyed and was not very friendly with us or the guests in line ahead of us.

Never staying at Hyatt again.

Me an my husband went to Hyatt to have a romantic anniversary get away. The ac didnt work. 65 dollars a night for valet. When you would call the front for your car, they dont inform anyone else about the customer needing there car. I was there to relax n enjoy my anniversary. I was stressed out an very disappointed.
