This was the nicest stay I’ve had in a long while. Features I loved include black out curtains, proximity to transit ( literally, right in front of the door), perfect pillows, keurig maker, hot shower with rain tree spray, great restaurant and bar inside, super quiet, lots of power outlets, complimentary umbrella and bathrobe. The service was stellar and received a text coming and going. Georgetown has a nice walk ability surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

My room was not good quality. The closet had no carpet and had the carpet tacks showing. The carpet was stained. The bathroom was dirty. I am fully aware of how old the hotel is, however, my room was terrible. I tried to get room service only to find out that they didn't offer it on the evening I arrived. (Sunday) This information would have been extremely helpful to know prior to booking.

We are Sorry you did not like your room. We had a flood the night before you arrived. We had to remove the closet carpet. We have now gotten the carpet and replaced it. Please give us another chance. I am sure you will enjoy your stay!
