Food was great, the staff was great, no bell hop or assistance with luggage, the rooms, bathrooms, buses are very out dated. But would not recommend unless you want a castle experience.

"Overall property was great. Only need a place to sleep. Property is great location across the street from DL. Rooms were clean and presentable. Check in was a different story from everything else. Checking in was very cold and rehearsed and quick. Didn’t take time to explain where our room was, just pulled the map out and drew a couple circles. Also didn’t explain the chargers that I was paying for. Very rehearsed and no personality. Not the best thing to walk into first thing on the property after a long flight. Besides the from the check in issue everything was great. Would stay here again if the price is right and can look past the front end issue. "
