we wanted to stay close to manhattan but not in manhattan, this was a great option next to the train station, we went in two days to visit the big apple. the hotel suite was very spacious, and came with morning breakfast as well as other amenities we didn't get around to using.

The air conditioning went out our first night, I called the front desk they sent someone he said it was the filter, we left out came back it was still super hot we ended up checking out that evening instead of the next day. It was already hot outside and to get no relief in the room was not a option.I informed the person at the front desk, she said she would let the manager know, but no one has reached out, but they had a nice breakfast that’s what the stars are for.

It is a good hotel but it has 2 problems 1- the AC unit is very old and almost not working 2- the breakfast items are the same everyday and no change in the menu so I stayed there 6 days eating the same food everyday which is very boring

The barn door for the bathroom was difficult to manouver and there was a horrible small of sewer in the bathroom. I checked, there was no leak but the smell never went away. Is a shame because overall the hotel is very nice.
