"This property has several issues and should be check carefully before committing to a purchase. They try to make up for their issues with the price so manage your expectations and you should be okay. Consider it low risk camping. I think eventually this could be a nice property once again but it will take a significant investment. The location is perfect! Easy on easy off the turnpike and there are quite a few food venues in the area and not far from downtown Syracuse if that’s your thing. The pool area looked nice but it was closed. The room had portable heater and ac which worked but it was weird. The amenities are scarce but the room was clean which is most important. Almost got stuck in the elevator but overall I had low expectations from the reviews so I was prepared. I think if they keep making improvements they’ll get there but check to see how it’s going first. "

"Staff was amazing! The only downside was no usb ports in room, but thankfully Alex at the front desk had one i could use. Alex went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would definitely stay there again. "
