Hyatt Regency Chicago
"loved everything about the hotel, waitstaff, and cleanliness.... my only problem was no microwave in the room, so when I wanted to warm up some leftovers I had to get dress and travel all the way down to the lobby and use the one microwave! :("

Palmer House a Hilton Hotel
"From the check-in with Carlo, it was already an excellent experience. The room and common areas were very clean, and it's a beautiful hotel. Centrally located and convenient, just a five-minute walk to the Art Institute. Would absolutely recommend."

Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel Chicago
"I didn’t like that the pictures mislead the actually stay. I thought it came with a complimentary breakfast and it was a convention there so I had to wait past time for my room to get ready and it was too much traffic. Overbooked and extra resort fees that not included on the website outside of what ..."

"Clean room. Paid for a King bed, was told it was a "Request" and they were sold out so they would give us 2 queen beds. They tried to charge me twice for parking I had already paid when booking through Expedia."

"Historic hotel with great historic feel with updated amenities. Right near lots of things (millennium park). Congress Plaza Hotel
"Historic hotel with great historic feel with updated amenities. Right near lots of things (millennium park). Only con: Ordered food to take back to our room in the lounge, and they were running behind so the bartender said he could call up to my room when ready for me to come get. After an hour I attempted to call them (they have no phone I’m told). I went down and found our food was sitting in the counter. Got it up to our room and food was cold. Frustrated that I didn’t get the call or just told to come back down at a certain time. I should have gone back, because it was a large order, but we were exhausted & at that point just wanted some food so we could go to bed. Otherwise the hotel was great"
