The carpet on the hallway dirt and have home spot add the and of the hallway have strong and bad smell, the room a have it was for pet but the floor it was dirty and it was not clean full of dos hair, the bathroom shower on sealing have water stains.

We were beyond satisfied with our hotel. The room was perfect and clean. The staff went above and beyond. We dealt with the evening front desk clerks more. Two gentlemen and they were terrific. They were genuinely friendly... not fake. We definitely will stay there on our next trip to Florida.

Internet password didn't work, but I couldn't even ask the office for a corrected one because my room phone had no dial tone. Thankfully I had a hot-spot. otherwise the room was very nice and the front desk guy (Buddy) was very competent and pleasant.
