Everything was great other than the amount of dust behind the tables and housekeeping banging in door at 9am. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was clean for the most part.

It wasn’t worth the cost! The elevator was being serviced! My air conditioner sounded like there were construction people working outside my window at 4 am, I had to turn it off! I asked for a late check out , a whole hour, at 12 and the lady behind the desk rolled her eyes!

Hotel was under construction so it was a bit noisy, the elevator was out of order so using the stairs caused his knees to hurt really bad and there was a smell of what might have been varnish or some type of cleaner in the air and the smell of fresh paint. There was no warning to these conditions, no discounted rates due to these circumstances.

I like the convenient near stores and restaurants did not like the walls are paper thin did not like the early repair men they came before 8am did not like there free breakfast which is one of the reasons I booked that hotel didn’t like that they did not provide room service every day.

We were given a room key at the desk. We climbed the stairs and our room was at the other end of the floor. We tried our key card many times and it would not work. I went down to the desk and the manager made a new key and hel could not get in either. While trying to open the door, a guy in the room opened the door, wondering what was going on The room was already rented by someone else. Fortunately he wasn't too upset, but it could have been much worse. We finally got a room across the hall. The room appeared dirty, outdated, and I saw 2 roaches in the corner of the room. It was a very restless night, and a terrible experience. I doubt we will ever rent a Quality Inn room after our experience. We paid over $120 for the room, which surprisingly had a good rating The elevator was out of order and so was the ice machine.

Disgusting

This was the filthiest hotel room I’ve ever been in; unit 207. This room was not rentable. Carpets and sofa filthy. Bedding looked reasonably clean but the mattress was stained and disgusting. Bedding was torn and in disrepair. Drapes were torn. Bathtub was wrote off. I had some welts on my body in the morning that weren’t there when we checked in. You could hear every sound from surrounding rooms. Elevator was out of service. Carpets in common areas were gross. Hotel looked decent from outside; looked to be in midst of renovation but our room should never have been rented to anyone. Smelled weird. I can’t believe this motel is part of the Choice Hotels chain. Obviously no one from head office is coming around to check on this property.

Hotel full of masters repairing inside the hotel.

They should have warned the guests that they were remodeling the hotel. There were construction workers working inside the hotel. It was a shame not to have known about this.
