Modern duplex near Downtown, SoHo and West Shore

Brand new listing! Check out my other listing to get an idea of my reviews and hospitality. Always ready to do quick accommodations if anything is not perfect during your stay.

Modern and clean one bedroom with extremely comfortable accommodations and furnishings. Extremely close to downtown, SoHo, West Shore, and Raymond James football stadium. Great for work trips and visiting family.

Less than an hour drive from great beaches and downtown St. Pete
The space
Modern & comfortable accommodations and furniture. What really differentiates this listing from similar ones is the focus on comfort and home-like accommodations. Beds, bedding, towels, etc. are all high quality. This can sometimes be skipped to cut costs. My goal was to create a space where anyone could enjoy high-end comforts and entertainment at an affordable price.

There is a large fenced-in backyard but it is currently a work in progress so not advertised much yet! views of the Hillsborough River from the back yard. My dog frequents the backyard as well and she is very friendly.
