Everyone was very pleasant, the room could use an update, as wallpaper was falling off the wall in the bathroom, but even though that was happening the room seemed very clean. Not sure what the sound was but there was banging till 4:00. Sounded as though someone was running through the halls or stairs. All in all it was an ok, hotel.

The hotel was old and not in good shape. In our room the a/c did not shut off and the shower curtain did not close. Overall, I give the hotel about a 3 out of 10.

Reserved 2 queens. Arrived at room and it had clearly been slept in - beds not made, garbage in bathroom. The only replacement room they could offer was a king and a hide-a-bed without a topsheet. Wasn’t planning to spend 35 minutes checking in and changing rooms just to find drinks that were open in the fridge plus sticky drink marks on the night stand. I tried to get a reimbursement for the room when we checked out and the manager wasn’t there. The desk attendant said she would text the manager to have it rectified with the manager and the original cost paid thru Travelocity has not yet been reimbursed. I know Covid times and a busy holiday weekend probably made for a tough day at work for hotel employees but this is anything but a “plus” hotel, unless the “plus” is referring to the fact that you get a room, plus dirty sheets and other people’s leftover trash.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful and made you feel at home. The room was not as clean as it should of been. I found items on the floor and around the bed that should of been picked up. The bathroom and tub were not clean enough. The towels were worn and old.
