Such a unique property! It was a real treat to stay at true bed and breakfast with friendly people and excellent food. It was wonderful to see these vintage houses lovingly and accurately restored and maintained. Hope this was only the first of many visits.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and lovely to spend time in. The breakfasts were very good and Marcia was wonderful to talk to each morning. The flower garden and gazebo are beautiful. The inn is only a few blocks from cute shops and a marina, so a great location to just head out from on foot.

Very nice!

We had a very nice stay at the White Lace Inn in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. The facility has been very nicely renovated but reflects the way it was probably 100 years ago in many respects. They have more buildings than just the house seen in the picture. We were in the Garden House that dates from 1880. That, too, was nicely renovated, but with modern touches such as indoor plumbing, heat, air conditioning, and electricity. :) If staying in the main house is important to you, then ask them what rooms are where. We were very happy with the Garden House. The breakfast was very nice, though a little light for our liking. The room was very clean and well cared for.

Best place in Sturgeon Bay

Quiet and very comfortable. The outdoor area to sit by the koi pond or fire was amazing I travel a lot for work and this is the best nights sleep I’ve had away from home. I generally stay in traditional hotels but this experience has me looking for B&Bs instead

The White Lace Inn is a very traditional B&B. I mean that in a very positive way. The Inn is fantastic inside and out. The architecture is classic Victorian. The inside woodwork is beautiful. The coziness of the breakfast areas are just what we were looking for. We stayed two nights and both breakfasts were original and very satisfying. The location is very convenient for exploring Sturgeon Bay and the Door County peninsula. The local dining options were excellent. One night we tried a local bar/restaurant with the Packers playing on TV. It was a great vibe. The next night we picked a nearby bistro with live music and great small plates. We would definitely stay here again!

Was a nice experience but I didn't remember booking the room we received. Bed was hard, not a lot of space in the bathroom. Nice grounds but grass needed mowing. Breakfast was nice but could have been bigger. Overall an okay experience.

The house was old and beautiful and spotless. Breakfast was served at any one of 5 tables. And it was a different creation every morning. And you could choose to eat anytime from 8am to 10am. The rooms are updated with whirlpool tubs and showers. A comfortable wrap around porch with a selection of seating options. The backyard was a garden heaven, seating, an old fashioned gazebo,a small pond with gold fish, and a firepit if you wanted to sit by a fire. And the landscaping is beautiful. A very short walk takes you to the main thoroughfare with shops and restaurants aplenty. It was everything we needed for a perfect anniversary weekend.
