I loved staying at the Hyatt! We had a room with a balcony and the view was stunning, The room was clean to a T, the TV featured google play where you can cast anything from your phone. The only dislike was how small the bathroom was in the king suite, but it was manageable. It’s def a must to return. Valet was easy but i would recommend calling ten minutes ahead so your vehicle is waiting. The location is downtown and there were no complaints as far as homeless or people on the corners , it was pleasant overall as i hear complaints but I enjoyed the scooters out front
