My toilet in room 3924 would not flush I had to pee so bad but had to wait for someone to come and plunge the toilet because it would not flush!!!!! Horrible experience I ever had holding my pee until someone came to fix the problem. The refrigerator also had residue in it.

There was duct tape holding the bathroom vanity together and the towel hook in the bathroom was barely hanging on. E didn’t have any body wash on the first night.

Hotel is under construction. Lot of banging in the morning. Also killed a roach in the bathroom may just be a NYC thing cause the room was pretty clean. Exchange some words with a employee, spoke with management who said he would address the issue
