I have stopped at this hotel many times before, and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The shower was just luke warm and the bath towels were disappointingly thin and small. The room smelled stale and the refrigerator was not clean. The breakfast was adequate offering some hot options, but predominantly highly processed foods and weak coffee- and the real crime playing on the tv in the morning was an odd choice, and a disturbing way to start the day. On the positive side, checkin staff was polite, the bed was comfortable, and convenient to the Mass Pike. I also appreciated the pet-friendly rooms and outdoor area.

The breakfast menu and set and dining area was very nice and clean and food options were great. The area around the hotel was good Wendy’s next door and Starbucks across the street. Parking was good even with the snow and the one Staff Member was very nice and very accommodating. Told him the light was out in the bathroom and he wanted fix it immediately. The cleanliness of the room was poor. The rug needed to be vacuumed and the toilet seat was not clean and a dirty spoon and sock was on the floor. I went to reheat my food in the microwave but there was a bag of old food left in there. The towels in the bathroom were dingy and were discolored. My suggestion would be to hire a cleaning company to have the rooms cleaned daily and especially before and after guest visits.

I have spent several stays at this location. This one was by far the worst. There were black marks which appeared like mold over one of the beds. The cleaning crew tried to enter the room at 9am. There were remnants of hair that didn’t belong to us on the bathroom floor and what looked like tomatoe seeds along the door seal. Debris on the carpet. Very disappointed. We often stay here as it’s close to our friends

Nice staff clean room, felt safe for two women in our twenties. Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. The location is ideal for travel into Springfield, no creeps and weird people, safely lit parking lot for returning from evening activities.
