"AC didn’t work and we were initially only given one washcloth. We had to work on the AC ourselves with minimal improvement and had to go to the front desk for more washcloths. Staff and breakfast were great!"

"We had a clean room with a very comfortable bed. We were able to comfortably visit with family in the suite, which was great. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking. One elevator was out of order, which slowed the other one down because everyone had to use just one. We liked the location. It was easy to get to the highway."

"The tub was clogged and standing in dirty water when I called the front desk they were very condescending and said they would charge before it then there was no hot water. Completely rude and nothing was working! I checked out and went to Polaris which was amazing!! "
