"Lori was friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy. The location is awesome, beautiful trees and close to the Broadmoor. The only reason I rated Good instead of Excellent is because of the noise from upstairs on the ceiling of the apartment. It started EARLY in the morning. We could hear footsteps and what sounded like doggy toes. We were happy that we had to be up anyway. Otherwise, we loved the property."

"This is the best ever property we’ve ever stayed at, it has an amazing view of the city. It was very clean and exactly as advertised, well stocked with everything that you will need.Switches are labeled, kitchen cabinets are labeled, bathroom faucets are labeled. It has a faucet for drinking water next to the kitchen faucet. The host is very responsive. You won’t go wrong with this one!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage filled with beautiful antiques. It was clean with a well-stocked bright kitchen. The beds and pillows were comfortable! We did not use the hot tub (unfortunately) but maybe next time. Thanks to Curtis for the excellent communication and care for the guests’ experience in his house!"
