Receptionist was fabulous.....kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Room was very nice, very clean and quite comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet, orderly and really had no issues. Price was right, too. Breakfast was kinda sparse, but i didn't expect the red carpet treatment, but people were eating it and the dining area was crowded. Wonderful stay

Poor customer service by admitting staff. Placed in “Dog room” as stated by staff. Room smelled of dog. Areas in room dirty. Unsafe electrical strip with several items plugged in. Toilet extremely low off the floor and difficult for elderly to get off. Slamming of doors late at night.
