I was not happy with the extra fees such as parking fees that was not mentioned & deposits on hold for damages. When i booked it clearly stated all fees & taxes included at time of booking. And then have to wait 3-5 days before deposit will be released.

You get what you pay for.... this hotel is right in front the train tacks but the noisest thing was our particular room was also right next to the elevator. The elevator was noisey and shakey and felt very unsafe. The beds are hard as a rock and hurts the lumbar. Everyone in my party had a sore back before morning

Our one night stay went pretty good except for the fact that they lock up the parking lot at 11pm for the night and the elevator was a little shaky and people were saying good luck and getting off to take the stairs. Being the room next to the elevator sounded like something was breaking down in the room next to us

The hotel is a newer conversion. Continental Breakfast is until 9am. Must pay for parking on property which is a good thing for the area. Will stay again

Reno - needs more work.

It was interesting. We were told that this hotel had been closed for renovations post COVID. The main floor front desk was in great shape. The room doors, you could see daylight through the top, the windows are so thin you can hear the street racing like they are in your room, the bathroom door would not close, the ceiling in the bathroom was in disrepair, they had laundry but it was not working, no ice tubs to get ice, poor sound proofing, and the foundation of the bed is like a old spring bed frame and super noisy. Needs more work, not worth the price tag.

Well they were working on the outside of the main entrance so you had to do a little more walking to go in and out , terrible for waiting for an uber the driver had to stop on a busy street for us to get into the car , the elevators felt like they would drop any second not much around to by food other then target that closes at 9pm

Staff very helpfully, parking is cheap an safe, my room was very big and clean, room located next to the main road that is always busy, hotel other side train-line so noisy location, standard breakfast, I have electric scooter so easily went to the main attractions, by walk is far from the downtown.

Overall, the stay was okay, but the sleeping accommodations left a lot to be desired. The mattress and pillows caused serious physical pain because of the severe lack of plushness from the mattress and pillows. One of the keys to a great stay, begins and ends with great sleeping accommodations.

The online photos definitely do not match the property. The downside: there was a hole in the wall in our room in the bathroom, a switch that I have no idea what it did, the AC and just generally everything had a weird and musky smell to it, weed smell through hallway, TV menu was in Spanish and SAP was not on and the option for language was not in the menu. The good: staff was decent, room was kind of clean I guess, I didn't try the breakfast but it is available and coffee is ok, the lobby is clean. However, do not go out at night around there without an Uber. The price compared to the other hotels nearby probably explains it though.
